Refund Policy for SSTA Ultra Heavy Duty Class
Event Dates: January 14-16, 2025
Event Location: Orlando, Florida
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate refund requests as fairly as possible. Please review our refund policy below:
- Refund Request Timeline
- Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event start date (on or before December 13, 2024).
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event (December 14-28, 2024) will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event (on or after December 29, 2024).

How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Sunshine State Towing Association (SSTA) via email at accounting@sstassociation.com. Please include your full name, contact information, and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the written request.

Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be made in writing and submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event (by January 6, 2025).

Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the SSTA Ultra Heavy Duty Class is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees. SSTA is not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as travel or lodging expenses.
